  • Pony rides, skiing, skating and other optional activities, payable directly on-site
  • Expenses arising due to weather conditions, road closures or unforeseen circumstances
  • Any other expenses not specifically mentioned under the Inclusions
 
 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Policy: All payments must be made as per the agreed booking and payment schedule.
  2. Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Hotel & Transport: Hotels and vehicles are subject to availability. If required, similar alternative options may be provided.
  4. Sightseeing: All sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions, local regulations and accessibility.
  5. Additional Expenses: Any services or expenses not mentioned in the package will be charged separately and must be borne by the guest.
  6. Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused or partially used services after the tour has commenced.
  7. Unforeseen Circumstances: Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control shall be borne by the guest.

Payment Policy

  1. Booking Deposit: 30% advance payment is required upon trip confirmation to secure the hotel and transportation bookings.

  4. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
  5. Payment Mode: All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by the tour operator.
  6. Non-Payment: Failure to make payments within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable charges.
  7. Price Changes: Any additional charges due to changes in selected services, room category, vehicle or other arrangements shall be payable by the guest.
  8. Additional Services: Any services or expenses requested beyond the confirmed package will be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 30 Days or More Before Departure: 50% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  2. 15–29 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  3. 0–14 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  4. Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of adverse weather, natural calamities, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, certain activities or services may be cancelled.
  5. Alternative Arrangements: Wherever feasible, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements.
  6. No Refund: No refund will be applicable for services or activities affected or cancelled due to such unforeseen circumstances.
